its british stabbing sword used by the three musketeers... i cant recall the name though...

Alright, now, with that small a pic, I can't be ABSOLUTELY certain, but...

It's either a gauntlet blade, actually attached to the armour, or, more likely, it's some sort of very unadorned basket-hilt sword, since it covers the hand. The long, narrow blade suggests it's a basket-hilt rapier, used mainly by the Scots, though the Germans used it too. Usually they are a nice shiny silver, and have pierced work on the basket, which is why I'm not sure about this, because this one doesn't have any. If you have a larger pic, I can probably tell you more, since you did a close-up of the person. For instance, how is he dressed? That'll tell me a lot right off. But my bet's on a basket-hilt rapier.

that doesn't look like a sword it looks like a lance.
