A witch, Cher, beheaded beauty, Wife of Frankenstein, I dunno, I don't do Halloween but just throw lots of red paint on her, that's the way to do it! That always gets the candy, the more bloody, the more candy. Or you could make her a fairy...lol man I suck

I think you got some pretty good costume ideas so here is some party idea's....
1. take some punch (normal i use Hi-C) Red, add sprite to it then add some graps that i have peel.. and something to make little black dots.. it looks like eyes floating in blood.. pretty cool.
2. you can do ghost apples.. take white chocolate and melt it then dip the apples in it.. add red twisters to make the face (pull and peels are the easiest to use).
3. moster mash always a good song.. to use..
Last idea for this list but i could come up with more if you need some more ideas..
4. take a box cut 4 to 6 hours in it.. and put bowl of different idea in it.. the kids have to guess what it is.. by sticking their hands in it.. 1 bowl could have pasta.. it feels like brains, more peeled grapes, hmm maybe cream corn.. ect...

You could be a Super Heroe like SuperGirl, Batgirl or Wonderwoman. Or...hmmm...Lilith Gothic Fairy, a Geisha, Victorian Vampira, Sailor Moon, Moulin Rouge dancer, Chicago Gangster...

Ask her what form of movies she likes. Is she greater of a Hannah-Montana-kind lady or greater of a Tim-Burton-kind lady? a action picture night is often great. enable her %. the placement to circulate formerly dinner (i.e, paint your guy or woman pottery, indoor swimming pool), then circulate homestead for pizza and cake around 5:00-6:00.
