Depends on the type you want.
Most of the gargoyle statues I see are for gardens and lawns, which means you should be able to get them at any nursery or garden center.
If your looking for decorative stone masonry to add them as an interior statue or as part of a roof then you would want to get in touch with a stone yard or something to that affect.

Go to a place where they are landscapers and sell landscape supplies. They sell cement statues or they will be able to tell you where to buy one.
