They do something that is more offensive to conservatives than racism, exploitation and waging wars on foreign people... sex. And to make things even more disgusting for conservatives, there's usually love involved in it. After 9 months, when the baby is born, the conservatives will try their best to start brainwashing him/her to make yet another tool to support and perpetuate the corruption within their beloved system. People that hope for a better future will try to make sure they fail.

If it is unintended, or if the change their mind you're right. Now the other possibility is they caught something & the have to go to the doctor to enable conception. Their only 1 option maybe adoption. Can one abort an adoption if one changes their mind?
