Religious (and cultural) intolerance and fanaticism- be it Islamic, Christian, or from any other faith. Notice how many people have died and continue to die and/or kill in the name of their religion? Notice how many people are convinced that their religion is right and all the others are heresay (crazy that people have such diverse religious beliefs that no one religion is held by a majority and then people are just so convinced/indoctrinated that THEIRS is right and the others- despite millions of followers- are wrong). Then you further having sects of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, etc. all disagreeing on the right tenets causing more violence and death.
Governments from across the world that continue to repress their citizens- religiously, politically, and/or economically. You have various "third world" nations from Latin America, Africa, Asia that have received and continue to receive billions of dollars of international aid, you have incredibley wealthy oil-producing nations in the Middle East, you have countries that claim to be "Communist" and all of these countries provide little economic opportunity, are among the most repressive politically, and are often the most religiously intolerant (Communist states disavow all religion and the others repress any religion not followed by the leaders as a source of revolution). Usually these regimes are are tightly controlled by a powerful ruler, ruling class, party, etc. that benefit politically and enjoy tremendous wealth while the vast majority of people living there have so little.
As always greed. Greed manifests itself in nations trying to gain resources/wealth at the expense of others inside their nation by repressing certain members of society, or, trying to gain access to resources of neighboring nations which often leads to war. Then, you have economically and politically powerful businessmen/government leaders that lie, commit crimes, pollute and devestate the environment, etc. in order to maintain and further their wealth and political power.
Usually, these three elements are intertwined. The leaders of all nations are controlled by the most economically and politically powerful people in their society. In order to increase their wealth and power, these rulers/ruling classes, create political and economic conditions that further benefit them- to increase their wealth and protect their hold on power. In many of these nations, members of the ruling class/party/etc. all belong to the same religion; members of other religions are blamed for the woes inside society, or, religion is used by leaders of countries to justify/create political and economic policies (internally or internationally).
These are things that have plagued countless generations and continue to do so; otherwise I agree completely with crct2004 about some additional "evils" that affect today's young adults.

First of all what generation are you talking about? I am assuming it is the younger generation of late teens and twenties. Second let may say that if you have evils it is certainly not your fault but the way you were raised. I am an older student in college and what I see is the natural progression of every generation. In the fifties they were freaking out about girls wearing slacks, my mother used to put them on on the way to school.
Anyway to answer your question, in my opinion the three evils of what I am assuming is your generation are materialism, apathy (not caring), and lack of respect.

One: We are LAZY! More people vote for American Idol than they do for the President of the United States.
Two: We have placed RELIGION above any kind of God. As a result people all over the world are killing in the name of some religion.
Three: The Culture of NARCISSISM that exist among young people is frighting. Never have there been so many concerned only for their self-pleasure.
Lazy, Religion and Narcissim, the big three.

The love of money is the root of all evil.
So are religions other than Protestantism because they are Satanic.
Last but not least, the sin of fornication, not forgetting adultery.
They have turned our modern society into a modern Sodom and Gomarrah. Young and old alike are commiting them. Aren't you disgusted by all these sins?

In that day and time and culture, as a matter of law. A person had to be in the grave for 3 days before they were legally declared dead.
