i am in 8th grade and i want to wear makeup?

we are allowed to wear makeup to school--i m done w/ puberty and i dont know how to tell my mom that i want her to get me some makeup--

Well just one day when you are in CVS find out something and be like here this is what im getting and sheell be like u wanna wear makeu p and ull be like yea im old enough ill buy it. or a little trick is when you and her are in ur moms room be like i like this eyeshadow and talk blah blah and be like can i wear this and shell be like sure! but u are old enough. it kind of depends on your mom my mom doesnt really care so she letm e if its not too noticeable.go with her and just talk about it and sheel realize you want it and buy it.but if you buy foundation make sure its oil free. email me!

If I were you, I'd just go with clear mascara and lipgloss. If you start off like that, your mom will think that you only want to wear a little so she'll probably say yes. You can ask her to change to black mascara when youre in high school. I dont think a 13 year old needs a lot of makeup to look pretty.

well, right now is not a good time to wear makeup. youre still growing and your face is changing so you might want to wait till youre 16 or so. but if you want to wear makeup- try using light makeup like lipgloss, light lipstick, and try curling your eyelashes. remember- "less is more". and about asking your mom- just ask her. i know it sounds easier than it is, but try it. its a mature method and shell admire the fact that you can talk to her and will most likely let you wear it. if not- dont worry about it. Save the makeup when youll need it.

I know where you're coming from, when I was in 8th grade I couldn't wait until my mom let me wear makeup. Just to give you some advice, you don't need a lot; less is more. Go for natural colors that add just a little glow. And, if you have friends who have older sisters, ask them how to apply it.

well im in 7th and i wear eyeliner. I just told my mom I wanted to put some on so i asked her and she got me some easy as that. So i think you should do the same. Or you can just ask for some money buy some then ask a friend how to put it on and see what happens.

Simply talk to her and just come right out and ask. But you are still young so start out simple. A little bit of powder, one eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and of course a gloss. Try to pick neutral colors. you still want to look age appropriate. I mean Christina Aguilarra may look all right but wearing 10 gallons of make-up just is not cool.

Just start of slow by asking for lipstick or something. If she seems ok with it, ask if you can wear more, like mascara.
See how she reacts. If she says no to the lipstick (make sure she knows it won't be bright red or something!) then you might not get her to buy you anything.

lol. im a Junior in high school and i dont wear makeup. only when someone puts it on for me, then MAYBE i will let them. but i hate putting things on or near my eye, it freaks me out. and when theres makeup on me, i feel like my face is all dirty -___-! and it hard to wash off, it takes like forever. not to mention, makeup is kinda bad for your skin.
