yes i am from morroco and checked this out cos me flight was at night and it was the same, so theres the proof, it also had me wondering, (your question) before. Because of the international date line, the full moon may not fall on the same date. However, everyone in the world will see the same full moon on the same evening. Astronomers use Universal Time, which is the same as Greenwich Standard Time, to determine the date on which a full moon occurs.

Good question. The answer is near as dammit yes. The Moon is about 400 000 km. away. The furthest away anybody can be from you and still be on the same side of the Earth, so you can both see the Moon, is about 12 000 km. in a straight line. So the parallax (difference in apparent position) of the Moon is less than 2 degrees. So its phase looks the same to both of you.

Yes. The moon is too far away from the Earth for it to make much of a difference in the full/new moon.

yes the moon would be full probably not at that moment since they are in different time zones but both places will see a full moon

The only difference is it's position in the sky.
