Have you and your husband both had thorough physicals? If not start there and tell the Dr that youre trying to get pregnant... he can usually tell you natural ways to tell when you are ovulating so that you know the "prime" times for trying to concieve. It could just be that you werent trying at all the right times. From there the Dr should be able to direct you on how long to try before getting checked for infertility troubles. If indeed you find that is the issue, the dr should also be able to tell you about IVF options and/or adoption possibilities. Good Luck to you.

Hi =)
I am TTC also, for about 6 months now. I have had 2 miscarriages in that time. My doctor told me that getting pregnant is not as easy as they tell you in high school. LOL Its all about perfect timing (you can only get pregnant 1-2 days out of the month) and good health. If your eggs are not healthy, this will hinder the process. Have a physical, take your prenatal vitamins (best BEFORE you get pregnant), excercise and just relax. Typically after a year of active trying your doctor will run tests anyway. Good Luck and Happy Baby Vibes to you!

I'm not assuring you that doing these things will help you get pregnant, but once you are, it will help you have a much easier labor.
1. Try to drink about 1 quart of fresh red raspberry leaf tea everyday.
2. Take you prenatal vitamins.
3. Take 2 alfalfa pills with every meal, this helps make your breastmilk sweeter and helps you to produce more.
4. I took slow release iron every other day, because my iron levels had dropped rather low the last month before I delivered. And by the time of my delivery, my iron levels were ok.
5. Take 2 calcium pills (Citrical) pills with every meal.
6. During the last 2-3 months of your pregnancy, taking 1-2 yellow dock pills with every meal will help your bowels to move and keep them empty, especially during labor.
You can find most of these items at a health food/drug store.
Good luck on getting pregnant.

The simplest factor left is NOT fertility medications. If it is been a 12 months then you definitely will have to see a healthcare professional and get a whole fertility workup. One or either one of you might have an without problems correctable problem. You might probably want fertility medications, however there are lots of different chances earlier than going that path. Good good fortune!

You need to relax and stop trying so hard. I tried for 5 years. It got to the point where my doctor wanted to put me on fertility drugs, I passed. We gave up and bought a home.Shortly after we signed the papers I found out that I was pregnant with baby # 1. It didn't take long after that for baby # 2.

The one thing left is just not fertility medications. If it can be been a yr you then must see a medical professional and get a full fertility workup. One or each of you could have an effortlessly correctable drawback. You could in all likelihood want fertility medicinal drugs, however there are lots of other possibilities before going that route. Excellent success!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
