Take a sock, make holes for the eyes and moth, draw on a little mouth, color it in, and wallah.... the sock puppet is finished.

if you want it to automatically open like a puppet mouth than you cut out a piece of cardboard and staple or supper glue it in the bottom of the sock and then draw on a face or take plastic eyes and glue them on and cut a toung out of red cloth it depends on how you want it to look
