oh man, been there! the best thing to do is to put neosporin on it frequently to help it heal and not leave a scar. but if you have to go out in public, but some concealer on it to reduce the appearce of it, but you probably wont be able to cover it completely. if anyone asks, just say ur cat scratched you (although you may not have a cat!), that's what i said. it should heal in about a week, and then you'll forget you ever had it. hope my advice helped!

This has happened to mee alot. Wait for it to heal and DONT pick at anymore...it will just get worse and then you will have a permanent scar on your face if you keep picking at it.
I suggest to just leave it alone.
Everyone has these problems in their life and it is normal to have acne so leave it alone and you will be ok.
