Well, I don't know about the sex life, but I have friends who are an interracial couple. They have a good relationship. I think it depends if you can bridge the gaps in your culture.
Also, if it is important to you what other people think of you and you live in an area of the country where interracial relationships are not accepted, then the relationship might not make it. Social pressure can be difficult to overcome.
On the sex issue........I think people are people and I am not sure race matters when it comes to sex.

Don't know about the part of your sex question...
But, yeah they can have a good relationship. My sister and her boyfriend have been together for a few years now and still going strong :)
A good relationship isn't dependent on race.. there are other important stuff to keep a relationship going.. trust, love, communication, etc

I see no reason you can't.I know I have a very good relationship with a beautifully black woman and the sex is out of this world.By the way she is 27 and I'm 49.
