Gently stick a paper clip in the little hole in the CD-ROM door. Most of them have this manual latch to open the tray.

If you have a little hole on the front of the disc tray, you should be able to put the end of a paper clip inside and push to open the tray.

Take a paper clip and straighten it out. There's a hole on the drive...push the button and stick the paper clip in the hole to trip the mechanism. The tray will open.

Should be a small hole on one side of the drive, take paper clip and unlock drive.

Try manual eject -
START
MY COMPUTER
RIGHT CLICK ON DRIVE
CLICK ON EJECT
If that doesn't do it, re-start and then repeat.
