i dont eat potatoes bcuz im on a diet but if i did i would be offended i guess

No. Depends. If everyone brought food, I wouldn't even know who brought what. Plus, I couldn't possibly try everything that everyone brought. But if it was a birthday party and that's all you had as a present, that would be enough to offend me. :P
