The fifth one. You're not holding the camera, your face is in the open, and shows you off best in general.
If you're really stuck, though, I think all of them could work - you're not exactly bad looking.

the first one or the last one.
first one shows off your hard body without looking like you're trying too hard, the last one makes it look like there's a lot more to you than your body and makes me more curious to know you than the other ones. a little bit of mystery ya know.
