I know this is a silly question, but how hot does 90 degrees feel? Like, is it so hot that you cant bare it, warm, warm/hot, hot but not hot enough to make you feel pain?

warm but not hot, if you mean surface temp. My Uromastyx needs 120+ degrees for basking and their slate is almost too hot to touch.... They don't seem to mind it though.

Do you live at the North pole or something? Go outside.

If you're a reptile, it's just about right.
