u just rub up on ur partner and express ur feelings! and its not trashy!!! its just another form of dancing!!!! life revolves around dancing if u really think bout it!!! if u have a certain feeling, u want 2 express it with the apporpriate song that defines how ur feeling! girl! go out and grind all up ur partner and express urself!!!!!!! good luck!!

Well you can put your butt in your dancers front side start dancing to the music, go with the rhythm. or you can do the same thing but you can be face to face.

Get a partner.. and stick out you pelvis towards each other.. and move em around to the music..
But why would you want to do this.. it looks trashy and you end up looking like a slut in the process..
