Well, how old are you and he? If you all are young and immature, then he likes you. Go for it. If you all are older and more mature (most of us never really do mature), then he is being an @ss. Run...it will only get worse!

It means that he is being mean to you. There are alot of guys who don't know how to be respectful to girls.
If it were me, I wouldn't talk with him again without him apologizing to me.
