It's upsetting and unsettling , because the terrorists are not bound by rules . What rule does beheading fall under ...? When was the last time terrorists acted under the Geneva Convention ?
"W" sees the whole picture ; and I'm afraid some are behaving as though you can reason with terrorists .

Security agents are now refusing to interrogate prisoners for fear of prosecution, until Congress enacts a lawful and detailed definition of torture, beyond the Geneva Accord.

They are afraid of doing anything for which they could go to prison.

OBL must be partying and toasting with champagne. Unless he is too hysterical with uncontrollable laughter.

Congressmen are so hell bent to stop everything in it's tracks, they may pass laws that tie both hands of ANY future President.

I think you purposely spelt like a first grader for some idiotic reason. But yes, Bush should be angry cause there are too many republicans in the senate that don't understand the true threat that the insurgents and terrorists pose. And a lot of the liberals do understand the threat, but their hatred for Bush is too great for them to worry about what's best for the country.
