They are against the Patriot Act. They are against the NSA wiretapping program which allows us to spy on terrorists. They are against allowing the CIA to use techniques against terrorists such as sleep deprivation to get information. Is there anything they support in fighting terrorism?

g, it's always easy for the democrats to say that Bush should do more to get Bin Laden. Of course the democrats would never dare to enter reality and mention specifics about what that would take. We would need to invade Pakistan, which is a government that has been helpful to us in the War on Terrorism. Do the Democrats really want us to invade Pakistan to catch Bin Laden?

Becouse they hate President Bush so much that anything that even sounds like support for him or his plans brings on an attack from the Demo's.They are so blinded by their hatred for the Pres they will actually bring terrorism to our front door. I have a feeling had Clinton suggested these things even now they'd be tripping over themselves to support them all!

I'll tell you one thing that us democrats was not against, going into Afghanistan, that was a just cause, we were going after the people that attacked us. I am against the things that you mention. If we give up one right if we change our way of living, we have lost, I am talking democrats, repuglicans, independents and those that don't vote. So when you mention the patriot act, or wiretapping without proper procedure or torture you are allowing the terrorist to win. I don't think you will understand this but it is my best shot. I am going to add this to my watch list I wonder if you will get it when you choose best answer.

the suitable thank you to handle terrorism replaced into validated in northern eire by using ways the Brits dealt with the IRA. the 1st step is to make it very perplexing for them to recruit(it is achieved by using no longer punishing the entire community whilst a British soldier is killed on a highway nook) by using reliable police paintings and investigations you chase down the actual criminals. 2nd, you ask them what their themes are that are motivating such assaults, have self belief it or no longer the terrorists actual have some valid arguments(no longer many yet some, this could be staggering in the U. S.,it may come throughout as negotiating even yet it rather is not any longer, all you're doing is looking what they are so mad approximately) Then, you handle what themes that are valid, this could positioned a intense dent in how plenty they are waiting to recruit(because of the fact the inhabitants could see an attempt to no less than to be honest) in case you do no longer do something approximately their ability to recruit you will finally end up in a endless circle of violence. The Brits have been waiting to end this and violence has decreased dramatically as a consequence(little or no is going on in Belfast now ,the IRA remains around yet no longer almost as militant as they as quickly as have been) As for a plan, there is not any longer one from the two the dems or the republicans, or a minimum of a useful one. this entire left precise bashing it is happening accomplishes no longer something and the american all of us is in greater possibility now than ever. enjoying the blame activity like the two aspects are doing is devisive and counter efficient(the dems have the comparable plan the republicans have which has redefined the term incompetance.

They are not against wiretapping suspected terrorists they are against wiretapping American citizens without a warrant, which is unconstitutional.

Regarding torture, suggest you read what republicans like Colin Powell, Lindsay Graham, John McCain and John Warner have to say on the subject.

Torture is a good way to get people to say what you want them to say and not really the best way to catch terrorists or find out the truth.

Why is Bush not interested in getting Bin laden? Is it his closeness to the Saudi Royal family?

They're Weak Sisters and the rest of us must pick up the slack for them so that they can continue to enjoy the freedoms that this country has to offer.

The Democrats are well and truly lost when it comes to issues of security - this applies to security of their own homes and possessions (pro gun control) as well as national security.

If this country should ever be taken over they would be the first to agree to do the conquerors' bidding.
