i am a woman, and even i have sympathy pains when a guy gets hit between the legs! my ex fell off a step ladder once, right on his crotch. he screamed and cried for half an hour.

how does it make you feel when you see or hear about something like that?

I always feel empathy, even though I really can't know the real extent of the pain as a woman.

its funny at first- like a natural reaction. then...you feel real bad and want to do anything for that person to make them eel better
