Does anyone know the password to the Administrator account in Windows xp?

Windows xp will not allow me to use the account name Administrator it says the account already exist in order to delete it I have to know the password.

If it is not blank, then someone has set it.

If another account has administrative rights, you may be able to change the administrator password without knowing it.

it should be set by default to 'administrator', with either lower case or capital A
