Is there still a way for me to trade? Is PayPal going to help me?

I believe PayPal will allow you to use a checking account directly drafted. Buying things on eBay can be done with check/money order, depending on what the seller allows.

Yes, you can still trade on eBay.
There are options for payment via cheques and wired transfer of money to/from seller's/buyer's account.
I think, to have a PayPal account you need a debit/credit card.

The best way to trade if you do not have a credit/debit card is using cheques, which helps you to track the payee if you found that seller as fraud!

You dont have to, my cards arent registered with ebay or paypal.
You can pay ebay fees either by direct debit, or out of your paypal account.

You don't have to use Paypal, some get by using certified checks, but you won't have as many people willing to deal with you. There are similar sites to eBay, Amazon has online auctions as well as other sites like uBid, Bidz. Google for online auctions there may be others I haven't encountered.

craigslist allows people to post items for sale, I don't believe there's a fee charged to seller, but that may have changed.

I do not mean to be impolite but what is the problem in just getting a debit card?
(Ps..from what I hear, credit card companies will give anything to get you to have a credit card...but you may not want one, & I respect this. but a debit card is different. It's just a plastic cheque book).

You should get yourself a debit card if you want to sell on eBay.
