I live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada; we pay 93.9 cents per litre. There is 3.5 litres in your gallon, which works out to 3.29 a gallon US dollars. When I convert it to Canadian gallons it works out to $4.26 because our gallon is bigger than yours.
