WTF... What category is this? lol
A black hole is a single point in space that is infinitely dense.

Technically a black hole isn't actually a hole at all. Take a sheet or cloth, put a marble in it, the dip in the sheet is just like the way a black hole effects time-space. The gravity created by black hole resaulted from mass collapsing in on itself, a black hole wont fade away anymore than a planet will. The only reason a black hole is considered such is that the light reaching in is sucked in rather than bouncing of. This point known as the 'event horizon' is the point of no return for light. Which of course makes it impossible to actually see what a black whole looks like.

It's not open in the sense that a black hole goes somewhere, but black holes do not last forever.

Black holes die eventually because they radiate particles at the quantum level, called "Hawking Radiation".

As these particles are lost the black hole loses mass and eventualy evaporates.

However, a black hole with the mass of our Sun will take 2 x 10^67 years to evaporate. Considerably longer than the estimated age of the known universe.

Gravity of unimaginable strenth. But perhaps this makes it more understandable, the opening is not a tangible object, but a complete void, ergo this is nothing there to close, and the more mass it engulfs, the greater the strength and size it will have. No one actually knows the shape of a black hole, and we tend to think of one as we see them in space, as a one dimensional flat image, and also since the gravity is so strong, that not even light can escape, imaging with radio waves, or by light shifts and spectroanalysis as to determine elemental composition are also impossible.

Doorskeeper: when an planet explodes with great force an
new galaxy is formed called "Big Bang Thery" also called
"Worm Hole" the reason why I sure do know it such a pull in
after wards !

Since you put it in Astronomy & Space, I'll answer appropriately.

It isn't a hole that can be plugged. Simply put; it used to be a sun, now it has so much gravety that any light that comes close enough gets pulled in.

why do some of you people have to have your minds in the gutter all the time..if you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything ..this was a legit question and most of you had to give an ugly answer..shame on you

It's not open. It's a void that just keeps consuming all the energy that it can suck in.
