i'm in a jazz class and i'm having trouble with my doubles and my tripples. what can i do to improve?

make sure to pick a spot on the wall and look at it everytime you turn, pull up your body and excpesially your upper body and stay on relevae until you have to put your foot down and practice also try to go a little faster so you dont stop or lose balance also make sure to prepare and keep arms in check because even the slightest tip of the body will prevent success

The key is to go up straight, because most of the time you come up slightly bent then you are not able to do doubles or triples. That is what my teacher said and it worked for me. Make sure you spot good that will help a lot.

spot more and try to keep balance and have your back striaght and dont bend your legs when u turn
have strong arms and dont move them when u turn
