Contact a lawyer. If he is going out of the country for good, and you want a divorce, you might have to act fast.

It depends on your state. The best thing would be to contact your local county courthouse. If you can't get a full divorce, you'll probably be able to get a court issued "dissolution of marriage". Contact the court first, not a lawyer. You may not need to bother paying a lawyer if your situation is as simple as you put it.

Hi Lestergin, Try the court house,They should beable to help you with that.You may have to pay a fee for the document.You need to get right on this,before he leaves the country.Specially,if you want to file for a divorce.Good Luck
