Depends on your surname. Umm.. I prefer Luke.
But if I had a boy, I'd name him Tobias.

Why any of those names? There are enough Scott, Lukes, and Davids around. Those are all old names. Think of something more original.
Do you think you are going to score extra points with God for giving them biblical names or something?

Comes down to your own motivator...
Luke - You have the bible and Star Wars. I had twins, one of each, so was tempted to go for luke and leia but chickened out.
David, is very popular and is commonplace thanks to posh and becks. We have a surge on currently of David, Wayne, Victoria and of course the like of Britney and Christina. No joke, just look at the birth records.
Scott is nice, look to famous Scott's. If none in popular culture at the moment, then relatively speaking the name will not be widely used at the moment. The last famous scott i can think of was scott and charlene i.e. neighbours, so they will be a number of teenagers called scott but not many new borns
So again, what's the motivator? a common popular name, a name linked to the bible/star wars or something friendly?

Luke. David is old fashioned and Scott sounds like a dog.

Dave (not David) reminds me of Alvin and the Chipmunks. I also know a car sales guy named Dave and he's a dishones one, so I'm not crazy about the name. That's personal though. Scott and David are both pretty common sounding. By default I like Luke best.

I would choose Luke because I don't like Scott and David is real popular.

Grin. I have two brothers. One is named Scott and the other is named David. My fiancee's best friend is named Luke :)
Of the three names I like Luke the best. It brings to mind a strong, manly, man.

Luke, because I don't like the name Scott and I know a load of Davids and half of them are annoying pricks. I got a kitten today and was going to call him Luke at one point, then I decided Andy was nicer...
