Could you be a little more specific? Are you the employee or the employer? Assuming you are the employee because of the statement of problems obtaining employment - but that is no help. See that box underneath where you get to place your title??? Fill it with the remainder of your question!

Their employee just types in their SSN and their record comes up.
Clerk of courts have the records if u want to obtain it.
