When i am on the internet the screen starts flashing a yellow tint.

The problem is either in the monitor(screen) or the video card in your computer. If it is the monitor it would be the yellow pigments or dots are being agitated at the wrong time. The best way to check is to plug your screen into another computer to see if it acts up there as well, if it doesn't then it is the video card or section in your computer.

Monitor has a screen gun going bad! When you view a white background the screen guns have to work harder!
