At this point in time, the only way to stop her is with tought love.
I suggest that she be kidnapped for about 30 days, forced to wear her own clothing designs while in a room filled with mirrors.
If this extreme measure does not work, the last dtich effort would be to lock her in a pod with all of her ex-husbands and boyfriends. They would get to take turns throwing rotten peaches and apples at her until she finally gives up the notion that she can design clothing. Verbate belittling would also be acceptable, especially if they involve the movie Gigli.
