This are hindi words. I can't translate it in english, but i can tell the meaning. it means its to worship(jai) a saint(guru de ve) and om is the name of the saint.
i am not kidding!

No sorry. I know the word Guru was used in a bollywood film title, so that might point me in the direction of the language.

Nads is pretty much right I think. I think it should be Dev Om though. It can be used as a greeting or proclamation.
