So I haven't read anything in a long time except for the Bible really. What do you recommend? I have east of eden by john steinbeck but haven't even started it yet. Any recommendations?

The Gospel According to the Beatles - Steve Turner (this is the most recent book I've read. I really enjoyed it. It's about the Beatles spirituality and how it affected their music etc. ) Really a good book. I recommend it!
