If you're in good shape, good for you.
Don't let anyone else tell you your body is "shaped" wrong if you feel you are healthy. I bet you look perfectly normal. Pay no attention to women in magazines, they're freaks.
Eat whatever you want, lay off the snack foods a little, make sure you eat fruits and veggies. Is there a farmers market in your area? Get yourself and your family a big bag of apples and carrots and peaches, etc. for snacking. Then get some decent exercise, like do some sit ups while you watch TV or join a soccer team or jog around the block.
And don't let the pressure get to you. Everyone else is an idiot. It's true!

I am a 64 year old father and grandfather. Listen closely.
A WOMAN IS MORE THAN A BODY!!!
Did you get it? Our society is messed up, with a major emphasis on sex and instant gratification. So, girls are being pressured to do things to their body which essentially assumes a woman is only her body.
Don't let the dummies mess up your life for you. You are well within the path to being anorexic, which is really a miserable state. Get therapy. Or do it yourself.

Download the free manual. Since you are 13, and can't come up with the $60 for the video set, try to do it via the manual.
My son is in med school and has social issues. He tried it with the manual, but when I sent him the videos, he admitted he had not been doing it right.
So, in case you can't get the video set, here is what you need to know that the manual can't tell you.
1. Tap hard but not to bruise yourself.
2. Tap like 3 times a second.
EFT is sort of like acupuncture, but no needles. Craig says vets in the hospital for decades with PTSD have been permanently cured in ONE DAY.
He developed the plan because he discovered that standard mental health professionals are sort of a sick joke. People go to therapy for years with no change whatsoever. And they pay money for it. So, he investigated to see if there is any fix at all.
Let me tell you a secret. There may be exceptions, of course, but in general people with your sort of problem are usually VERY HIGH I.Q.
You are special, with almost unlimited potential if you develop your brain instead of your body. DON'T BE JUST A BODY!!!

well....if your friends are wishing they were as skinny as you, then you must not be overwieght. i understand what you mean when you say you are always hungry. i am always hungry myself, but i do not feel like i am overweight. i do wish i had more muscle, but that doesnt really bother me too much. my advice to you would be for you to join a sport. if you cant join a sport because you arent good at any (which is OK) go running every evening and increase the distance just a little bit each time you go. i know it takes motivation, because i am the same way (and i am 15)
you dont mention that you workout any, so if you dont, DO IT! do pushups, crunches, and run. that way, not only will you be burning any fat that you have, but you will be building muscle that will make you look more attractive, therefor you might feel more self-confident.

You are not stupid. It is normal to feel pressured by society...and there is a lot of pressure out there directed at young women. How you look is important BUT not as important as how you feel and who you are. Remember, you are very young and going through purberty. I know what it is like..I've been through it and it can be a very challenging time. Please, find some people who love you for who you are and talk to them about how you feel. If you have nobody to talk to, then find a good church if you don't already have one...you will get help there if you don't have a good support group at home or school etc.

You should join some sports club (cheerleading, ballet, track, martial arts, etc), it will help you burn calories, and pay attention to what you eat (just cut out certain foods, like: ice cream, chocolate, spaghetti and cake) If you are thin to begin with, why would you want to lose more weight? You are probably too focused on your body...There are much more important things in life. Try studying, join a book club, get into old movies, try to focus on something else. You are probably beautiful as you are.

It is hard growing up now days, so much to conform to, but don't give in. You sound if you are on the verge of an eating disorder, your health comes first, especially at these critical developmental years. Just try to find something positive about yourself and develop forward from that. good luck.

People tell me all the time im as flat as a piece of paper, but I eat twice as much as everyone else. In foreign countries, like Turkey, they eat alot healthier, and you feel perfect, not too full, and not too empty. Drinking alot of water after a meal will fill you up, and you probably wont have that craving anymore. Remember, your growing. Eat, but don't eat fast food. You'll feel alot better.

for one, tell us your weight and height
if your worried about your weight ( whether your over weight or not)
just cut the sodas and junk foods..
drink more water, eat more fresh fruits and veggies and make sure to get some excerice everyday..
this way if there is any weight to lose then it will come off (safely) and also will help you tone up and make you look even better than im sure you do now

Me too! there are times when everyone feels like they hate themselves. Try eating food with protein. It's control your hunger better than junk food, obviously. People also say gum satifies your craving for food as well. I'm not any expert but what do you have to lose?
