If you have no money then try making them a card, and include an IOU in it. The IOU could be a pledge to do so many hours of work around the house, or some gardening, washing the car, walking the dog (if you have one), cleaning the windows, doing the shopping etc etc etc.....
Nice that you are thinking of your parents anniversary...

Why not just make dinner for them? There's no need to go in debt to buy a gift for your folks. You may want to think ahead for Christmas and other occasions by thinking of a part time job after school. If you are a teen (high school) check with your guidance counselors office to see if there are listings from companies that hire teenagers. If you are not yet a teen able to get a work permit, there are other ways to make money like teaching older folks how to use a computer or use one of your others skills to make or teach or sell things. You dont have to rake in thousands of dollars to gain experience that will help you succeed in your future. You've got a good head on your shoulders by thinking ahead and planning. Don't stop now.
