If they don't test it on bunnies, -then I guess they're testing it on you.!!

Burts Bees brand. I'm not sure if it's sold in the UK, but it's the same kind of principle that The Body Shop used to have, not testing on animals - note: they were bought out, and now they DO test on animals and they DON'T recycle. Anyway the Burt's Bees is the best brand I have found here and it's all natural kind of ingredients and smell delicious. They also sell their products in recyleable plastic.

Body shop DO test on animals. They say they dont in the shops, but they are now owned by Lever Brothers, who test on any animal they can get their hands on. Co-Op household cleaners are not tested, and Sainsburys do some, but you need to look on the bottle before you buy, for the BUAV bunny mark. This is the British Union against Vivisection, and they dont mark things that use living creatures for tests. If you contact them, they can tell you who test and who dont. If you want cosmetics go for "Beauty Without Cruelty"- they are good quality, not overpriced, and you can buy them online. Thank you for caring; too many people dont give a ****.

European regulation demands testing products on animals to increase the odds that they are safe for human use, especially cosmetics.
"Not tested on Animals" should be a warning that a product is potentially unsafe.

Read the label. Anyone who doesn't test on animals will say so on the back label.
(Talking cosmetics only of course. I assume you are too.)
