But the US never includes their own government when it comes in corruption. In Chicago suburbs, many mayors and politicians are waiting for a trial and some are still serving time. In the south, a congress man is under investigation and in the east coast the same thing is happing. What do you all think?

There's a level of corruption in any government, anywhere. So when the U.S., or someone in the U.S. government specifically calls out another country's government for being corrupt, there's usually some sort of self-serving purpose behind it. Either that, or it happens to be a corrupt government that isn't on our side of a particular conflict, as opposed to corrupt governments that are allies.

I think you need to do some research regarding African "Governments". How do you dare to compare "governments" who come to power using the arms you westerners supply them and with those who come to power through election? From your own evidence I can conclude that these "corrupted" western officials, you are talking about, are being brought to justice. Have you ever heard about African leaders being brought to justice? They are everything.
There is another correction. The westerners don't call all African "Governments" corrupted. African "Governments" Who leak the boots of the westerners are called New Democrats. When Africans revolt against them they will be told that Democracy would not grow overnight. Yes, Blacks learn slowly. Right!?. They are the source of their income./Those who obey the orders of the west/

when one person calls another in general conversation a liar, do they consider themselves a liar too? heck no.....it's all said from the person who is talking/speaking and what they are talking about, and who it's being said to.
Nothing in their conversation leaves out the fact that all are inclusive.
