Looks good ,and sounds good, plus the price seems good . Now whats wrong with this Check the Owner Young / Older . Check have they got Money why? if they don`t then who maintained the vehicle . Check if this car was in an accident . If it is a private sale "Becareful " .

I agree with the above answer. I like to look at mileage and if high mileage see if I can get a feel for the usage - perhaps it was highway miles where the engine stays warmed up and there is not as much carbon buildup. I have found well maintained high mileage cars can sometimes be more of a find than lower mileage cars with issues - and things like no scoring of the rotors or drums is very very important.

Look for:

Signs of body damage -go when sun is bright
bald rear tires
aftermarket bulls** on engine
condition of engine oil and tranny fluid
condition of interior
all lights work
all glass good
if the car has been sitting- have somebody crank it and watch for smoke from tailpipes when fired up.
condition of brakes
smooth test drive-smooth running, shifting, ride, etc
mileage
any maint records or receipts

Before you start it check the oil level, pull the tranny dipstick and smell it to see if it smells burnt. Start it (If its already been started walk away from it as he owner/dealer had to warm it up to make it right) Next, start it up, check every option it has including wipers /heater/ac,radio, any power accessories like windows, seats, whatever. After about 5 min of idling check the tranny fluid.Again, smell the fluid to see if it smells burnt. Drive it, slow at first to see how it shifts and then take it out on the interstate and wamp the He-- out of it on acceration to see how it shifts. This is how we road tested them new when I built them
