Which of these is grammatically correct

- the people who you trust.
- the people whom you trust.

"the people whom you trust."

However, I think it's better to say, "the people you trust." That says the same thing without slowing the thought down with the "whom."

Hy, I would suggest both being correct. The people whom you trust is an oldfashioned way of speaking though
