For those that said i need to search.. yeah your right but i cant be ar*ed so i thought i would pay in points to ask my lovely friends on Y answers to do the hard work for me....

iqtest.com, timed IQ test (my score on that particular one was 142), don't think I saved the one I got 160+ on. Probably in my favourites list somewhere under some obscure name.
Don't know about free memory-improvement, but Brain Training/Brain Age (different names for UK/US versions respectively) on the Nintendo DS is a well put-together piece of software that works great.
