It is your life and if you do not want him in it tell him firmly NO
It might help to write down the reasons you do not want him back and rehearse them and when the time comes give it to him in one go. Ram the point home. Do not give him a glimmer of hope, thinking he can change to fit what you want. Be cruel to be kind if you have to, but he has to move on the way that you have done,

Tell him you've moved on and that there no place in you life you him. You're not the person that you uses to be and have different ideas on relationships that you had before.
Tell him Sorry but I've moved on.
If that doesn't work taser him, and then call the cops.

go out for a date with him, maybe he has changed.Nowadays, people get divorced for very trivial issues.Everyone deserves a second chance.If your reason for breaking up was a trivial one then maybe you should meet him & try to resolve your differences.You married him once & I'm sure married him coz u loved him.If u still have feelings for him, please try again.The second time might be good for the both of you.

Do you have children? If you do you should think about them first.
If not, then just tell him how you really feel about him. Tell him it really is over with you and him and that there is no chance you will get back together again.

Change your phone number....tell him his calls are harassing...get a restraining order. Send some of your uncles to his place to deliver the message "no" on your behalf. Block his calls.....
You're divorce....that means you don't have to talk to him anymore.
