Is there such a site with all the steps and processes including design, hosting, domain, etc. for the inexperienced. So, I don't have to buy a book?

Hello c2t,

I recommending googling HTML codes. There are plenty of web sites that teach you the various HTML codes.

There is also an organization, The World Wide Web Consortium that tries to establish web standards in codes. They have an excellent site where you can get information.

Yes, there are plenty of books on the subject too. I recommend you visiting your local library, or if you go to school, check out the library in your school to just check out a book for free. The books really help you get started and then the web sites give you all of the latest HTML codes.

Also free web sites. I'm sure that your Internet Service Provider might offer free web space, but if they don't, there are places where you can have a free web page, you just have to put up with their banner ads and stuff.

Check out angelfire.com for posting your own web space.

I hope that this helps. Good luck.

Yahoo! Websites is great, they have a whole tutorial. Also, I think many of the software programs have good tutorials.
