Do the day completely for her. Do all the things you never do... surprise her with everything. Not all women need expensive gifts. There have got to be things that she has wanted you to do or has asked you to do and you never have End your day in bed doing all the things that will please her even if it means just going to bed and cuddling all night long. You can give her a gift... maybe something that would remind her of the day you were married but make it a her day completely. Besides once you've made her happy for that day, shell continue to ake you happy for the rest of your's.

Some good answers to this question, I should take notes.
I think you should take her shopping.
Let her pick the gift or both of you choose together. Maybe give her a choice like a ring or a new fridge or a car, those sound expensive so maybe a new coat or shoes even.
Spending time together, publicly showing your love for her at the shops -- telling the salespeople why you are there would be flattering, I think.
My dad bought ad space in the newspaper with a picture of my mom when they got married and had a little blurb announcing their 50th Anniversary.
On my folks 40th Anniversary, all the kids flew in to surpise them for dinner at their favorite restaurant.
--------
A somewhat inexpensive solution might augment your larger "on the day" gift. .....
Flowers are always nice -- maybe set up a delivery for the next three weeks, every Tuesday.
Use Amazon and have a Best Seller delivered once a week for four weeks or once a month for four months -- they let you set the dates of delivery, I believe.
You might even visit several online sites -- and have a different thing delivered via mail over consecutive weeks -- candles, knick-knacks, soaps, scents, chocolates, candies, books, pictures....
Congrats!

Congradulations to the two of you. Throw an anniversary party. Surprise your wife by having a wedding officiate there so you will renew your vows but keep the officiate a secret and just spring it on her at any given time during the party. Buy her a new ring for the occassion.

You can always renew your vows. I always ask my husband if he will marry me again so our daughter can be the flower girl but he said that he already has me why do it again. Buy her an Anniversary band. Congratulations on 30 years I hope that my husband and I make it that long so far so good.

I don't honestly know because I don't know your wife. However, congratulations. I hope you have many more happy anniversaries.
