Does anyone else wonder if the rapid fall in gas prices recently has anything to do with the upcoming mid term elections? Am I just being a conspiracy theorist? Will it work? How low will it go?

the price of oil has not dropped enough to justify the drop in gas prices. after the elections it will go up. if dems win they will be blamed for the spike. if the repubs win they will say the lower prices caused more people to travel and created another shortage.

Gas starts to drop as school or work starts up for everyone again. Its so high in the summer only because everyone is going on vacation. I think its nice when gas prices drop, because its less money to spend for everyone.

its supply and demand. 3 dollar price caused more pumping and drilling. The fear mongers on wall street are afraid price will drop so they sell oil stocks which lowers price.
