Seems to happen alot and it's happened to me, he said if i had an abortion it would be fine (as at least we knew we could have children, we were trying) He is 34 too! Although I appear not to be the first or the last.

Men with lack of self worth.
They are insecure about their ability to be responsible. They have low self worth with their body image, and fear that this new life will be cursed with having their ugly appearance; topped with their insecurity about providing (food, shelter) ... well, all they can do is yell and scream to intimidate their mate to have an abortion.
An interesting test to do is say you're having the kid and want him to sign a legal document waving all rights to the child in the future; should this contract be broken (he demands visitation) then he will have to come up with past child support, plus payment for your grievance of being away from your child (a reverse child support - pay to see). When presented with this, he's at first gleeful, then freaked out because he understands that this life is more than him and his insecurities.

If men were the ones that could be pregnant, do you think just as many women would run from the responsibility? I think so, some people just don't want children, or are freaked out by the idea.

some men are afraid of the commitment that comes with children. They do not understand though how important it is to have children grow up with a mom and dad around them.

If you lie down with dogs -you're bound to get fleas! What I mean by this is -you chose a riff raff ghetto man who has no morals, no principles and no sense of responsibility. You must have known he was a scumbag but you layed down with him anyway and now you must suffer the consequences.

Because some men are still irresponsible children. If they aren't prepared for the possibility of having a child, they have no business having sex in the first place......stupid men.........

SOME men are dirt bags. Lets be fair to those who aren't. You & the women you know must be dirt-bag magnets. Ive been there myself, once upon a time. Today, my husband wants a baby more than me! Good guys ARE OUT THERE!!
