Well, here's how I see this, if the teacher had been a man, and the 14-year old had been your sister, things would sure make a real difference! Women that say they want equality must learn that it comes with good and bad (equal means that I shouldn't have to give up my seat on a bus or subway when we're both tired on the way home... or on our way to work). If the teacher had been a man, he'd be facing certain jail time for child molesting or sex with a minor or some other charge... the women, in all fairness should be treated with the same yardstick as the man (but, damned, she sure is a gorgeous woman!)

this is a pretty difficult question.....in the past many father would get their son laid early, and most 14 year old boys in knew would love the chance and i cant see them being scared at all...but the law should be equally enforced....she should get the same punishment as a man...i have seen many 15 year old girls that were hardly girls...just like 15 year old boys, they know whats going on...but there is a stigma on older men with young girls and not much for oler women with younger boys...how do you make it all fair and right? equal treatment. i think it would scar the boy a lot if he had to tell it and go to court, not telling it would be his secret and many guys can tell you about those secrets with older women

any adult over the age of 18 who has sex with a 14 year old is a sex offender. It does not matter the nationality, the color, the race It does not matter if you are white, black, blue or yellow! It does not matter if you are rich or poor. It is illegal and as such, you should go to jail!
