I have a question about cosmetic surgery.?

I want to have plastic surgery done in Manhattan, New York. I was wondering if there is anyone on this site that has had surgery done that knows a Doctor that has financing available at the office for all types of credit. I have contacted Be your best and they provide financing but i would prefer to do it at the office where the surgery would be performed. It would be to much to include a middle man. If there is anyone that has anything to let me know about having surgery done in New York than please let me know. A big plus for those that has already surgery done. Thanks in advance.
