Should I wear knee high stretch boots with a knee length skirt or below the knee skirt. Is a 4inch heel too high. Should it be stilletto or chunky heel?

Above the knee if you want to show off your legs...fishnets or colored tights make for nice accent, too
Below the knee is a more conservative look, but can look classy. If it's for work, go with this look. Outside of work, for fun, the shorter length would do fine.
Stiletto vs. chunky is more of a personal preference. Chunky is more stable and makes for more comfortable wearing over a longer period of time. It also lends a more conservative look as it tends to de-emphasize the height of the heel. Stiletto is fine if you're comfortable with it. It commands more attention, however, so if that's what you're after, that's a good choice. The stiletto looks better than the chunky when you pair them with jeans or gauchos when you want a different outfit.

Either way is fine, knee boots look great with knee length skirts. A 6 inch heel is too high, 4 inch heel is sexy. Stilettos are sexier if you can walk in them, chunkier heels are good if you need them.
Below the knee skirts with boots are more conservative, it all depends on what look you want to present.

I wear stilleto heels and if Im wearing a skirt with them its always kneew length or shorter....height is a matter of comfort. i like 4 and 5 inch heels nothing higher.

that all sounds fine just make sure that the skirt isn't too short or you'll end up looking tacky. I think i chunky heel would look more modern, but stiletto's have that certain drive that other heels don't. have fun w/ mixing and matching and good luck!

stilletto is hot, and i think the short skirt or the long skirt is good, they both work

Either...both will look good. Just make sure u have good legs if u go with the shorter of the 2.
