Well, you both need to sit down with her mom and tell her your intentions. You are both adults and you aren't requesting not to go. If you can't do that, then maybe you both aren't mature enough to move on your own and get married. Just be upfront and have a plan with what you will do with your lives together so that "mom" won't be freaked out and feel that you don't have things together.

I'm typing this assuming that you both are independent enough to manage.

Sorry but Mom can't do that, mother and daughter have to make there choice. No law will stand up for Mon's side after 18 unless there was a problem with daughter then she would have to get a court order, nothing to worry about I don't think.

Her mother cant make her do anything she doesnt want to do. If she actually does let her mother do it, then that means she is having second thoughts. Yall need to sit down and talk to her. If she still doesnt agree, then the both of you just need to tell her that its your life and your decision to live together. Her mother doesnt agree with you living together at such a young age, but she cant make her do anything. I have been there trust me. I personally dont agree with living together before marriage because I have been through it, but its your decision.Good luck! :)

her mom cant force her 2 do anything, u guys r already 18! As long as u r supporting her financially(meaning food and shelter), than its ok. Besides, if she goes w/her mom than she must not really love u. Shes old enuff 2 make her own decision.

the best thing to do is seek legal advice you should at least be able to find one lawyer that will tell u the answer because every state is different.
