In Illinois it is like 3-4 thousand a breast, maybe more . If I may add my own opinion, there is no other reason but vanity to want to enlarge your breasts. Please wait until you are older and have experienced life a little more than 18 years. I also want to add. One of my good friends let her daughter get one right before she turned 18 (5 years ago) and she had nothing but serious trouble from the start. She finally had to have them removed and she says they haven't looked the same since. Good Luck, and please consult your family Doctor, NOT a Plastic Surgeon before you make your decision.

I am in Texas and I found that they range anywhere from $4700 to $10,000. I got an implant made by Mentor called the Spectrum implant and it is adjustable. What I mean by that is that it comes with a tiny "port" attached to it where you can fill it with more saline or take away any amount to make them smaller or larger. So feasably, you can get a B or C at surgery and a couple of months later after swelling goes down, make them larger up to like a D if you want. I wouldn't go any other way. I've gone in for 3 fills after surgery to do some tweaking. Mine was only $5700. These implants are not new; they've been used for over 10 years. They were originally designed for cancer, mastectomy patients who needed to stretch their chest a little at a time to make room for new breasts. Hope I helped.

Get the implant behind the pectoral muscle for better mamograms/monthly Cancer exams
I like mine- silicone
incision in the breast fold at the lower curve is the least painful when healing

The only reason I would ever have considered breast augmentation is if I were completely flat. I am normal size and glad I'm not too big. Big boobs get real ugly later in life. My man loves mine. They are about the size of softballs and just as round and firm. Fake boobs look fake and many men don't like them. They want something real and alive, not cold water bags. I don't think you should do this.

She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. please dont get a boob job!! one tim i was watching a show, and a girl died from a boob job!!they didnt do it right and she died!! be hapopy with the boobs God gave u
