I was wondering that too. Like at the begining I thought Pink was watching her ex-boyfriend with his new girlfriend, but I guess she's not in it at all. It's just like that girl and her boyfriend and he has a heroine addiction. So in the end she calls the ambulence and leaves, most likely for good.

Pink has nothing to do with it, and the girl and the guy have always been together and she never expected their relationdhip to go the way it did so now she is leaving him like she never had expected it, as in the verse " if some one would have told me would wouldnt be together in 3 years..."
